Regathering Information & FAQ’s

What safety precautions will the Gurdwara (Sikh Temple) be taking?

To ensure a safe visit for everyone, you’ll see some new and intentional changes to our weekend services. All designated entry doors will be opened so you won’t need to touch any surfaces. There will be limited capacity and physically distanced seating in the main hall and langar hall (community kitchen). Seating is also available on the patio area.

Will there be punjabi classes for Kids and Youth?

During to the current pandemic, punjabi classes and any youth programs have been suspended until further notice.

What is the current Gurdwara capacity?

Under California Dept. of Health Care Services, the Gurdwara will limit the attendance to 25% of the maximum allowance or a maximum of 80. The Langar hall will also have limited capacity and seating areas are marked 6 feet apart. We encourage everyone to practice physical distancing and to sit only with people in your household.

Who will be allowed to attend service?

Everyone is welcome to join us for weekend services. However, it’s up to each and every one of us to keep each other safe. If you are feeling sick, have been exposed to someone who is sick, or for other health reasons are unable to come, we kindly ask you to stay home.

Will masks/face coverings be required?

While you are at any of our locations, we ask that masks/face coverings be worn at all times. You can love others by wearing a mask and maintaining the suggested physical distancing guidelines with anyone who isn’t part of your household.

How can I donate?

If you visiting the Gurdwara, please donate in the main hall. You can also make a donation thru the Treasurer (main hall). We are in the process of setting up online donation.
